Raw Cookie Dough Bites

Ok I admit these might not totally be raw as the recipe intended, but I have no clue if the oats I had were raw, but other than that they totally were.  I made these the other night after seeing something similar online and at the time I really REALLY needed chocolate, or a cookie or something, and I had all the ingredients handly, so here we go!...

Ingredients:
2/3 cup raw oat flakes (I used 2/3 cup of oats I had)
2/3 cup almonds
2/3 cup walnuts (I had mostly just walnuts, and almost no almonds, so I just used what I had)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup agave nectar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbs cacao nibs
2 tbs barob chips (this I added just because I had them. they weren't in the original recipe)

Directions:
Put all the dry ingredients (except the cacao nibs and chips) into a food processor and grind into as fine a meal as it will go. Mine never turns anything into a powder, so everything i do has maybe a little more texture then it should, but I have no problem with that.
Add the agave and vanilla and pulse until you have a dough consistency. Then add the chips and nibs and pulse a few times until they are distributed but now broken down (maybe like 5 pulses?) or you can probably just mix them in with a spoon.
Roll mixture into small balls, and lay out on a plate with some parchment and put in the freezer until they have firmed up. then you can bag them up.  I keep them in the freezer so they stay firm.  They don't even become hard for some reason, which is good!
Enjoy!
