Grilled Swordfish

So I live in Indiana right now and since I know I'm super far from the ocean and can pretty much assume that the "fresh" fish behind the counter was actually frozen previously (which actually is the case with fish almost everywhere) I have started to buy those frozen bags of fish. I'm kinda becoming a fan because they are individually wrapped (yeah yeah thats wasteful I know) so I can defrost one for myself, and save the other.

Nothing fancy here guys, just a slab of swodrfish I cooked in a grill pan with salt, pepper and olive oil. I topped with a squeeze of lime and some chopped cilantro and parsley. That part was exciting though because I grew the herbs myself.

The whole thing took about 15 minutes tops. Served with a side salad. Super healthy and feels super fancy. Do it.
